Ohio State recruit Jaamal Berry reported for summer school on Sunday, just 10 days after being arrested cheap Propecia for felony marijuana possession, sources tell The Columbus Dispatch.

The heralded running back, considered by many to be Ohio State’s top recruit in the 2009 class, has a preliminary hearing July 2 in his hometown of Miami. The fact that Berry reported to campus could bode well for the back, though Ohio State coaches likely are going to wait and see what happens with his legal situation.

Police found 28 grams of marijuana in Berry’s car. Berry, 18, faces up to five years in jail and a $5,000 fine.
