By Amir Khan (ibtimes.com) — Wide receiver Roger Lewis won’t be making his commitment decision on National Signing Day. Instead, the Division I recruit is being held in jail on two counts of rape. Lewis, who played at Pickerington Central High School in Ohio, helped his team reach Ohio’s Div. I state football title game in 2011.

Lewis was charged with two first-degree felony counts of rape, both on the same woman. After a month long investigation, Lewis, who is 18, will be charged as an adult. As of Tuesday night, Lewis was being held on $250,000 bail in Fairfield County Jail, and will be….
