By: Doug Lesmerises (Cleveland Plain Dealer) — Notes from Jim Tressel’s meeting with reporters today, his only local availability during this bye week * Tressel said starting linebacker Ross Homan, who has missed the last two weeks with a foot injury, is running on land, after previously only running in a pool, and Tressel would like to hope he’ll be ready to take part in practice Sunday when the team starts its preparation for Penn State. Backup linebacker Dorian Bell, who missed the last three games while recovering from a concussion, Viagra buy has been taking part in practice, though not the full contact parts, and also seems on track to face the Nittany Lions.
* The bye week has helped tight end Jake Stoneburner, who hasn’t quite been himself since returning from a high ankle sprain. Backup Reid Fragel has continued to see a good bit of playing time since Stoneburner got back on the field.
“Jake said yesterday that he finally felt like he was really pushing off like he had prior to being injured,” Tressel said. “So hopefully that’s a great example of maybe what a bye week can do to take him from 90 percent to 100 percent.”
Tressel has been impressed with the way Fragel has played, calling his third-down catch against Minnesota on what would turn out to be a touchdown drive maybe the play of the game……
