From: Cincinnati.com — Moeller senior wide receiver Monty Madaris said earlier today he has been speaking with Ohio State’s coaches recently and Ohio State is on a list of schools he is considering. Ohio State hasn’t offered yet.

Moeller coach John Rodenberg acknowledged the Buckeyes are in the picture for Madaris, who was Division I first-team all-state and the Southwest District offensive player of the year.

Madaris said he is considering UC, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Florida State and Thomas More. (Madaris’ mentor Jim Stofko is an assistant coach at Thomas More; we don’t expect Madaris will commit to the Saints).

Online recruiting outlets have reported Madaris will visit Michigan State next weekend, but that is not confirmed.

Madaris said he expects to take an official visit next weekend but didn’t know……..
