By: Jodie Valade (Cleveland Plain Dealer) — COLUMBUS — Ohio State learned two important lessons Saturday: Not only do the Buckeyes not need a standout performance from quarterback Terrelle Pryor to win, Buy Ampicillin Online but they don’t even need an offense to score.

The Buckeyes scored twice off interception returns and once more on a kickoff to secure a commanding 31-13 victory over Wisconsin at Ohio Stadium. OSU’s domination came despite holding onto the ball for less than half the length of time that the Badgers’ offense did, and despite accumulating nearly half the offensive yardage that Wisconsin did.

Ohio State’s defense saved the Buckeyes as safety Kurt Coleman returned an interception 89 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter, and safety Jermale Hines scored on a 32-yard interception return in the third quarter.

Ray Small added to the unconventional point accumulation when he returned a kickoff 96 yards — the fifth-longest in OSU history — later in the third quarter. The Buckeyes’ offense was on the field for just three plays in the entire third quarter, as OSU built a 28-13 lead.

All the scoring came despite an off day from quarterback Pryor, who completed 5-of-13 passes for 87 yards. He was intercepted once.

But Pryor also had the go-ahead touchdown toss, a 32-yard, perfectly placed throw to DeVier Posey’s hands in the end zone that pushed OSU ahead 14-10 with 40 seconds remaining in the first half.

Until then, the battle between the Buckeyes and Badgers had been closely contested, though Wisconsin’s only touchdown still had to come on a fake field goal attempt. Even to score that, kicker Chris Maragos had to stretch the football past the orange pylon of the end zone as he dived to score.
