By: Matt Loede (NFLGridironGab.com) — To help former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor prepare for the 2011 Supplemental draft, Drew Rosenhaus, Pryor’s agent, has hired former NFL quarterback and quarterbacks coach Ken Anderson, Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer confirmed.

Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com initially reported the hiring on Wednesday. The Canton Repository had previously reported that George Whitfield, who tutored first overall pick Cam Newton before the entry draft, would work with Pryor, but Anderson ultimately got the call.

Anderson spent 16 seasons in the NFL, all with the Cincinnati Bengals, passing for 32,838 yards with 197 touchdowns and 160 interceptions. Anderson led the NFL in completion percentage three times, passing yards twice, earned four trips to the Pro Bowl, and won NFL MVP honors in 1981. Anderson has coached quarterbacks with the Bengals (1993-2002), Jacksonville Jaguars (2003-06), and the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he worked from 2007 until his retirement in January of 2009…..
