The 2010-11 Big Ten bowl lineup is now set, with the Insight Bowl moving up in the pecking order and three new games -- Gator, Texas, Dallas Football Classic -- coming aboard. A ton of things can happen between now and Sept. 2, but there's no harm in taking a look at which teams likely will be packing their bags in late December or early January, and which teams will be staying home.

When you land a major gig with a Fortune 500 company, conventional wisdom says you shouldn't have to worry about an identity crisis.
Good luck trying to get that one past Mark Osiecki.
Three days ago, Osiecki accepted an offer to become the men's hockey coach at Ohio State, one of the biggest, most well-to-do athletic departments in the NCAA.
It represents a fantastic opportunity for Osiecki, the former University of Wisconsin defenseman who spent the last six seasons at his ... Read More

Looking back at David Lighty and ahead to Tennessee:
* Thad Matta can't say enough good things about David Lighty. He may wind up as one of Matta's all-time favorites. He is still peeved that Lighty wasn't on the Big Ten's All-Defensive team, and he talked about what a great job Lighty did Sunday guarding bigger Georgia Tech players after Ohio State's 75-66 win.
"He's the best defender in college basketball," Matta said. "He can guard any position ... Read More

INDIANAPOLIS -- Thanks to his position on the basketball court, Jon Diebler rarely finds himself more than 40 feet away from Evan Turner during Ohio State games.
It's safe to say Diebler enjoys the view.
"I'm perfectly fine with Evan going to the basket and scoring every time," a smiling Diebler said Saturday after Turner went for 31 points in a double-overtime win against Illinois in the Big Ten tournament semifinals. "He can do it all game if he wants."

By: Matt Snyder (Fanhouse.com) -- Minnesota is going to be sweating it out for the Selection Show.
