Edward Rife, the Columbus, Ohio tattoo parlor owner who allegedly gave discounts to and bought memorabilia from Ohio State football players, will plead guilty to federal charges of money laundering and conspiracy to distribute marijuana, The Columbus Dispatch reported Friday.
Rife signed a plea agreement in December, and the documentation was released earlier Friday, according to The Dispatch. In addition to the guilty plea on the two counts, Rife was forced to pay the federal government $50,000.
