Ohio State was named the number one overall seed in this year’s NCAA tournament. Joining the Buckeyes with top seeds are Kansas, Pittsburgh and Duke, the defending champs.

OSU defeated Penn State 71-60 in the Big Ten tournament final on Sunday, just minutes before the seeds were announced. Ohio State, who will play in the East region, is 32-2 overall and ranked No. 1 in both the AP and ESPN/USAToday polls.

The tournament, expanded to 68 teams, starts Tuesday with the first of four first-round games and concludes with the Final Four in Houston on April 2 and 4.
