by: DonaldWood (BleacherReport.com) — When looking at the whole situation of former Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Terrelle Pryor, most people can’t help but blame him for the mess that has gone down in Columbus.
After the resignation of Jim Tressel, it was inevitable that the focus and anger would divert to Pryor, and his early departure from the school was just as obvious.
It has become blatantly apparent that Pryor had issues off the field with arrogance and a feeling of entitlement, but this piece is about Pryor’s future.
Pryor will be entering the 2011 NFL Supplemental Draft when the lockout is lifted, but his NFL prospects at this time are very slim and uncertain to say the least.
Ohio State was happy to have him on their team because of the success he brought. In three seasons with the Buckeyes, Pryor scored 76 total touchdowns and threw for over 6,000 yards and rushed for over 2,000 yards.
Even with all of Pryor’s on the field success at Ohio State, there are still huge concerns over whether he can be a pocket quarterback at the NFL level.
With all considered, the best landing spot for Terrelle Pryor would be the Philadelphia Eagles.
The move would work on so many levels, not just for the Eagles but for Pryor as….
