COLUMBUS - Joe Montgomery, a former New York Giants running back who played for Ohio State (1994-99), has sued the Buckeyes, claiming an 11-year-old falsely-reported medical report was used by the NFL to deny him workers' compension last year. The report said Montgomery suffered from high blood pressure and hay fever.

Terry Glenn, former Ohio State and NFL receiver, had been arrested and charged with auto theft according to an Associated Press article on SpringfieldNewsSun.com. The charges came out of Irvine, Texas when Glenn rented an SUV from National Car Rental several weeks ago while his Bently was in for repairs.

According to ESPN's Adam Rittenberg, Ohio State's Thaddeus Gibson will forgo his senior season and declare his eligibility for the NFL draft, while two other Buckeyes decided to return for the 2010 season.
